Cookie Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains which cookies this website uses, why, and how you control them. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as session storage, let a site remember small pieces of information while you browse. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
2. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent:
- Accept All Cookies allows analytics and marketing cookies.
- Reject All allows only strictly necessary cookies.
- Cookie Settings lets you choose each category.
We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time; when you withdraw it, we delete the related cookies.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These make the site work and keep it secure. They do not need consent and cannot be switched off.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| mlsu_sess | This website | Protects forms against forged submissions, keeps your cart, checkout and sign-in working, and keeps staff signed in to the admin area. | Until you close your browser |
| mlsu_consent | This website | Remembers your cookie choices. | 12 months |
| promoDismissed | This website (session storage) | Remembers that you closed the promotional banner. | Until you close the tab |
Forms on this site (checkout, contact, training, sign-in and password reset) use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated bots. It runs only on pages with a form, is needed for security, and is not used for advertising or tracking.
When you pay, you are taken to Checkout.com’s secure payment page, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies for security and fraud prevention under its own policy.
4. Analytics cookies (optional)
Help us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed most, so we can improve it. Used only if you allow them. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and sessions so we can measure how the site is used. | Up to 2 years |
5. Marketing cookies (optional)
Help us measure our advertising and show relevant SketchUp offers on other websites and social media. Used only if you allow them.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_* | Google Ads | Measures conversions from Google ads. | Up to 3 months |
6. Third-party content
Images are loaded from SketchUp’s content network (images.ctfassets.net) and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may log your IP address when serving files but do not set cookies through this website. Links to SketchUp sign-in, the SketchUp Help Center and other external services are governed by those sites’ own cookie policies.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, forms, the cart and checkout will not work.
8. Contact and changes
Questions about cookies or your data: sales@medialogicdubai.com. If we change the cookies we use, we update this policy and ask for your consent again where required. See also our Privacy Policy.
