1. About this website

This website is operated by Medialogic, an authorized distributor of SketchUp for the GCC & MENA. SketchUp, LayOut, V-Ray, Trimble and related marks are trademarks of Trimble Inc. and its affiliates, used with permission.

2. Products and licences

SketchUp software is licensed by Trimble Inc. Your use of SketchUp is governed by Trimble’s terms of service and licence agreements, which you accept when you activate the software. Medialogic sells and supports subscriptions as an authorized reseller.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars, with UAE dirham amounts shown for convenience at the exchange rate stated. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. A purchase is only confirmed when we issue an invoice or order confirmation. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

4. Online purchases

When you buy on this website, payment is taken by card on a secure page operated by Checkout.com. We do not see or store your card details. You can pay in UAE dirham (AED) or US dollars (USD). VAT is added where it applies and is shown before you pay.

• Licence details: the licence is processed against the licence email and details you enter at checkout. Please check them carefully; a licence assigned to the wrong email may not be transferable.
• Delivery: licences are delivered by email within 2 working days of a successful payment.
• Receipt and tax invoice: a payment receipt is emailed when payment is confirmed. The tax invoice is issued by our accounts team and shared at the time of delivery, using the billing details you provide.
• Subscriptions: plans are annual subscriptions unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations and refunds: contact our sales team before the licence is delivered. Requests after delivery are handled in line with the SketchUp licence terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit false information or use our forms to send spam.
• Do not copy or reuse content from this site for commercial purposes without permission.
