What is the subscription term?
SketchUp offers annual subscriptions for all offerings. You pay at the start of the subscription and are entitled to use all features in your chosen SketchUp subscription for one year. Unless specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of your term at the then-current price. Learn more about SketchUp subscriptions and policies.
What payment do you accept?
Medialogic accepts Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards via our secure Checkout.com payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI DSS compliant.
Is my personal information secure?
At Medialogic, we are committed to your privacy. All payment data is handled by Checkout.com, a certified PCI Level 1 payment provider. We do not store card details on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more.
How do I access my subscription?
After purchase, Medialogic will send your license activation details by email within one business day. You'll create a free SketchUp account to activate and manage your subscription through the admin console, see Help & Resources for account guides, or ask our team to help.
When is customer support available?
Medialogic provides dedicated GCC support Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. GST (Gulf Standard Time). You can reach us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. For technical questions, send us a message and our SketchUp specialists will help.
What are the system requirements?
SketchUp's desktop application requires specific hardware and software specifications. Read more here.
What are the file import and export capabilities?
Pro: Import DWG, DXF, DAE, IFC, BMP, PSD, TIF. Export IFC, DWG, DXF, PDF, WRL.
Studio (Pro plus): Import RVT, RWP, LAS/LAZ, TZF, PLY, E57 (point clouds and Revit files).
What is your refund/return policy?
